SUNDOWN MARATHON ON 26 MAY 2012

This is the first time I participated in the Sundown Marathon.

Registered for the 10km run with some of my colleagues.

The run was held on 26 May 2012.

The 10km run flag off at 10.30pm.

I managed to complete the run at around 1 hour 15 minutes.

Feel great after I have completed my first 10km run.
My rank for the 10km run is 2861 and my chip timing is 1 hour 14 mins 41 secs.

10km Route

Look at the crowd. 28,000 runners this year.

So crowded until go toilet also need to queue up.

By the time we reached the start point of the 10km run, the timing is already almost 13 mins, so you can imagine how many runners are in front of us.

When I reached the 4km mark, there's some good runners already reaching the finishing line.

Finally made it to the 9km mark.

Received a finisher medal after the run. Quite nice medal which can be seen more clearly below.

YANNY'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AT SWENSENS

We celebrated Yanny's birthday at Swensens on 22 May 2012.
As she not feeling well that day, we only went to Swensens to have our lunch then went shopping & went home to take a rest.
Anyway, me would like to wish my dear a very happy birthday and have a good health and good wealth the whole year through.
We love you forever.

Malacca Trip (5 & 6 May 2012)

Visited Malacca on 5 May 2012 and stayed there for a night.
Went to Jonker Street and ate the chicken rice ball.
Ate the delicious chendol by the roadside.
Took the river cruise and saw some monitor lizards along the river.
Visited the bee farm where the bees do not have sting.
Went to the Johor Premium Outlets (JPO). Many branded shops can be found there. Some of the branded items are not as cheap even though there's discount.
There's a crepe shop where they sell cheap and very nice crepe. Must try if you go to JPO.

Heard that very nice chendol sold here in this stall. But we did not try it because of the long queue.
